The Planning Board serves the community with land use services such as Site Plan Review, Special Use Permits, and Subdivision approvals and are guided by town zoning law 2017 with updates in 2025.

the zoning law provides for permitted rights which are approved by the zoning enforcement officer and planning board approval is not required the law allows for other landuses which require planning board approval
